The USAL team has the technical and administration skills to enable effective, efficient and successful contribution to many of the technical aspects of the project implementation.   Also, having expertise in the field of telecoms and computer networks, energy saving will enable the contribution of the necessary material. USAL has expertise in 3D visualisation techniques and the role big data plays in developing smart cities evidenced by its state of the art virtual reality centre (The ThinkLab) which is a test hub for visualisation techniques. Demonstrating the latest technologies that can be adapted to enrich the concept of smart cities. Having academia/ industry collaboration allows sharing such expertise with partners. The USAL team is expert in pedagogy and Computer aided learning, students’ learning styles and effective modes of teaching delivery which will enhance the strategic approach of online delivery. This will enable leading WP7-Development and Delivery of Blended Learning Modules.
