Palestinian Professors and staff from the Palestinian Partners, and the EU partners visited the University of Salford (USAL) for three days in the period from 11th to 13th of September 2019 to attend training sessions on how to use VLE in eSCO project, and to hold face-to-face steering committee meetings.
In the first day of the workshop, the participants attended intensive lectures and training Curriculum Development and Activity Design for VLE environment.
The second day of the workshop was dedicated for steering committee meetings, discussion of progress so far, and planning for the activities and monitoring points in the next period.
In the third day, more training sessions was held about using VLE in developing part of the courses and online activities. Finally, the participants visited the Smart Meters and Smart Homes Lab at the University of Salford
قام فريق مشروع أكاديمية المدن الذكية بعقد ورشة عمل تدريبية وإدارية إستضافتها جامعة سالفورد في بريطانيا. شارك في ورشة العمل مجموعة من الشركاء الفلسطينيين والأوروبيين.
في اليوم الأول من ورشة العمل، تم عقد مجموعة من العروض التدريبية المكثفة حول إستخدام وتصميم فعاليات تدريسية من خلال الإنترنت.
تم تخصص اليوم الثاني لعقد مجموعة من اللقاءات الإدارية لنقاش سير المشروع وإنجازاته ووضع خطط للفعاليات القادمة في المشروع وتم وضع تواريخ لإجراء المتابعة المالية والإدارية مع الشركاء.
في اليوم الثالث تم عقد المزيد من التدريب حول إستخدام برامج مختلفة في تطوير محتوى تعليمي على الإنترنت، وفي النهاية قام المشاركون بزيارة مختبرات متخصصة في مجال المنازل الذكية والعدادات الذكية وهي من ضمن اهتمامات المدن الذكية.
